Terms of Service
Effective date: October 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Galebach & Company website at galebach.com and to services offered by Galebach & Company (“Galebach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you use it on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
1. Our services
Galebach provides business consulting and AI-enabled business operations services. The services, deliverables, schedule, fees and responsibilities for a client engagement are described in a separate written proposal, statement of work, order form or services agreement agreed by both parties (a “Service Agreement”). If these Terms conflict with a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Our website and services are intended for business use. You must give accurate information when contacting us or creating an account. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
If you sign in with Google, sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy practices. How we handle account information is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Fees, free week and guarantee
Free first week. Our first week with a new client (the Systems Pilot) is free. At the end of it we give you a Profit Plan, and you decide whether to continue. Nothing is owed for the free week.
Fees. If you continue, fees are set out in your Service Agreement, either as a share of the results we deliver (revenue share) or as a flat rate. No fee is due unless your Service Agreement says it is due.
90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy at any time in the first 90 days of a paid engagement, you get your money back. This applies to revenue-share and flat-rate engagements alike. To use it, tell us in writing within those 90 days; your Service Agreement sets out how refunds are paid.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or our services to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, interfere with the security or operation of our systems, or try to access accounts, data or systems without authorisation. You may not submit malicious code or use our services to send unlawful or deceptive communications.
5. Your materials
You keep ownership of the materials you give us. You allow us to use them as reasonably necessary to provide the services in your Service Agreement, and you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to give them to us for that use. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content are owned by Galebach or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Apart from the right to use the website for its intended purpose, these Terms do not give you a licence to our content, tools or materials. Ownership of and rights to work created in a client engagement are governed by the Service Agreement.
7. Third-party services
The website and our services rely on third-party products, including Google sign-in and Clerk authentication. These are run by their providers and may have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party products beyond what applicable law requires.
8. Disclaimers
Except for the guarantee in section 3, commitments in a Service Agreement, and what the law requires, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Information on the website is general and is not legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. Our commitment on results is the 90-day money-back guarantee in section 3; beyond that, and any commitment in your Service Agreement, we do not promise a particular business result.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to the website or an account where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with the law or deal with misuse. Either party may end a client engagement as set out in its Service Agreement. Ending an engagement does not remove obligations that arose before it ended, or terms meant to continue afterwards.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Where the law requires, we will give notice or ask for consent before a material change applies to you.
