Hello, my name is Bobby George. Over the years, I’ve had the good fortune of working with some pretty remarkable people trying to solve some pretty difficult challenges. I’ve enjoyed every step of that journey. As part of that process, you get to know people, you get to understand how they work, how they think. And collaboration becomes so critical to trying to achieve and accomplish great things.

When the rules of the world are literally being rewritten, I have been looking for a thought partner, a collaborator, someone that can execute and think differently to approach problems from a new perspective. And working with Galebach has been nothing short of enjoyable and I have nothing but the nicest of things to say about our collaboration. So I hope you find this useful.

Galebach connected the pieces I use every day — email, meetings, calendar, follow-up — into one working system. I now have agents briefing me, preparing me, and drafting follow-ups, so I stay focused on clients instead of chasing loose ends.

How’s it going? I’m Kyle. I run a marketing agency and I also consult with businesses that want to grow and exit in the next five years. And so we brought Phil on board to help educate our team on all things AI. And he was instrumental in being able to connect all of our data points and tools and understand our existing systems and make sure that they were all empowered by AI. And he’ll help train the team to make sure that they could utilize those efficiently by being able to bring our team and usher them into the AI era.

We were able to kind of operate what we’ve done before in previous agencies that I’ve run with a much lower head count because all of our team members were empowered by AI and much more efficient in all of their workflows. And Phil was very helpful in making sure that that all talked together and communicated correctly.

And so I highly recommend Phil. He’s trustworthy. He’s high character. We’re able to entrust him with all of our data. That’s one of his strongest skill sets is being able to understand the data and how it can be enhanced with AI. So definitely reach out to Phil. He’s been great to work with and we highly recommend him for all of your AI needs.

Galebach built the product systems that scaled Yochai to thousands of high value users in a matter of weeks. And beyond their product work — their AI systems get us customers, build grant proposals, and execute contracts. A new level of efficiency has blossomed with Galebach as a partner.

Tim Galebach

Managing Partner

Tim Galebach

Tim Galebach has built backend systems for over 20 years. A Harvard-trained computer scientist, he began his career engineering data infrastructure for private clients in online advertising — work that drove 10s of millions of dollars in revenue and automated dozens of previously manual roles.

He went on to found Blockmason, a fintech company valued at over $100 million, and develop networked systems at Hyperware, all while owning and managing a real-estate portfolio that generated millions in operating revenue. A keynote speaker on distributed database networks, his focus today is applying AI to the data and operations of owner-operated businesses.

At Galebach & Company he leads business development, sales, operations, and client consulting — bringing an owner-operator’s judgment to every engagement.

Questions

Questions before starting.

Are you a product or a consulting service?

A service. That’s why we can do everything for you, keep it running, and improve it as AI improves. Where we differ from consultants and lawyers: we only bill when your business improves — and you’re making more than we cost.

We do build products — internal tools we use to deliver faster, updated constantly. You get priority access to them for your own use, wherever they fit your systems.

What’s the catch? Nothing is actually free.

The catch falls on us. We pre-qualify strictly and only take companies we know we can improve. That range is wide — don’t be shy. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and recommend the path you should take.

How much retraining will my people need?

None. We’re a service — we wire up the systems your people already use and make things just work. When we say we do everything, we mean it.

Can I pay flat-rate?

Glad you trust us so much. Yes, we have a flat-rate option with the same 90-day guarantee. Contact us for the full menu of options.

What if it doesn’t work out?

If you’re not happy anytime in the first 90 days, you get your money back. Rev-share or flat-rate, same deal.
