Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Galebach & Company (“Galebach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides business consulting and AI-enabled business services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at galebach.com, our forms and booking pages, and our sign-in experience, and how we use, share and keep it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, answer a short survey, book a call or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, work email, mobile number, company, role, your answers and any message or notes.

Sign-in information. Our sign-in pages are provided by Clerk. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and a unique account identifier with us. We ask Google only for this basic identity information (the openid, email and profile scopes). We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts or other Google services.

Usage and technical information. When you visit the site we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and, on some pages, how you interact with the page (see Analytics). Our servers also keep logs needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use information

Google user data. We use information received from Google sign-in only to provide and secure sign-in and your account. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Analytics

We use Umami, an analytics tool that we host ourselves, so visit data stays on our own servers rather than going to an analytics company. On some landing pages Umami may also record page interactions, such as clicks, scrolling and form use, to produce heatmaps and session replays that help us improve those pages.

Advertising

Some of our landing pages, used with our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API. When you visit one of these pages, Meta may receive information about your visit, your IP address, browser details and Meta cookie identifiers. When you submit the contact form on such a page, or book a call from it, we also send Meta your email address, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match the event to an account and measure and improve our ads. Meta’s use of this information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy, where you can also learn about your ad choices.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

Cookies and similar technologies

Our sign-in provider uses cookies to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in. Pages that use the Meta Pixel set Meta cookies to recognise visits from ads. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may stop sign-in from working and limits ad measurement.

Retention

We keep form and booking information for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, and account information while your account is active. After that we keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to protect our services, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, then delete it. Our providers keep information according to their own retention policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for a particular purpose, by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, such as data protection law in the European Union or United Kingdom or state privacy laws in the United States, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will respond to requests as applicable law requires.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version at this address and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will give additional notice where required.
